Paper Submission

  • Prospective authors are invited to submit the original, high-quality paper(s) which has not been submitted and published elsewhere. Submitting a full paper is required if the author is willing to publish the paper through the PiC-CE 2026 committee.
  • If the author is willing to attend the PiC-CE 2026 conference as a presenter without the need for journal publication, please submit Abstract(s).

The extended abstract must be in DOCX format and should be submitted on PiC-CE submission portal.

Review Criteria

The submitted paper will be reviewed under the specific criteria as follows:
  • Originality of the work.
  • Subject relevance.
  • Professional/industrial relevance.
  • Completeness of the work.
  • Acknowledgement of the work of others by references.
  • Organization of the manuscript.
  • Clarity in writing tables, graphs, and illustrations.
  • Likelihood of passing the test of time.

Submission Categories

To ensure a fair and focused review process, PiC-CE 2026 distinguishes participants into two categories. Please identify your category before proceeding to the submission portal.

Call for Paper (CFP)

For Master’s (S2) students, Doctoral (S3) students, Lecturers, Teachers, and other Educational Researchers. Please select tracks starting with the [Call for Paper] prefix in the system.

Student Symposium (SS)

Strictly for Undergraduate (S1) students. Please select tracks starting with the [Student Symposium] prefix in the system.
